Everyone is exposed to the environment differently every day. Because everyone's skin quality is different, the application of cosmetics is also very different. Now people pay more and more attention to the cosmetics industry, and there are many cosmetics OEM manufacturers in the market. A qualified cosmetics processing factory must build standard or even higher cosmetics. Cosmetic Production Cleanrooms What Conditions Need To Meet?

Cosmetic Production Cleanrooms What Conditions Need To Meet

1. Environment and workshop

Cosmetic Production Cleanrooms should be far away from pollution sources and traffic arteries. The air around the factory area should meet the minimum requirements for production. The exposed soil area should be minimized in the factory area. The road surface should be paved with materials that are not easy to generate dust. The building structure and decoration of the workshop should be conducive Cleaning and maintenance also need to be cleaned and disinfected regularly to keep it clean. In order to keep the operating environment clean and hygienic, raw material storage, production, filling, and packaging processes should be separated in the layout and equipment arrangement of the factory, and as much as possible Avoid the spread of pollution caused by the dust raised by operation.

The storage room adopts the 10,000-level air purification standard, and the laboratory, raw material room, filling room, inner packaging material disinfection storage room, and changing room all adopt the 100,000-level air purification standard. Other areas adopt the 300,000-level air purification standard. In this way, 99.97% of bacteria and dust in the air can be effectively removed, and all products can be manufactured and filled in a safe and pollution-free environment.

2. Air quality in Cosmetic Production Cleanrooms

One of the important sources of microbial contamination of cosmetics. The purification level of the air in the workshop should be controlled according to the requirements of the production process and product quality. In the cosmetics production environment, the air in the cosmetics filling workshop must be designed in accordance with GMP requirements, and the number of free colonies should not exceed 10.

Raw material rooms, production rooms, semi-finished product storage rooms, packaging rooms, warehouses, inspection rooms, and storage rooms should be set up in the workshop. These spaces need to adopt 10,000-level air purification standards. 100,000-level air purification standard, each pick-up is closed and independent to prevent cross-contamination, ensure that all cosmetics are safe and pollution-free, and ensure product quality.

High-efficiency and broad-spectrum sterilization methods should be used in Cosmetic Production Cleanrooms. There are many sterilization methods that can be used, such as ultraviolet radiation, drug sterilization, and filter sterilization, but each sterilization method must have:

1. Efficient sterilization ability. 2. Low or non-toxic, safe, and reliable. 3. The operation process is convenient.

Air filtration is very important. It is mainly used for air purification in production workshops with high cleanliness requirements. Filtration equipment is required. Ethylene oxide and formaldehyde are commonly used for drug sterilization. When using these two gases for sterilization, attention must be paid to their explosion. The limit and allowable concentration, ultraviolet light has a strong bactericidal effect, is a simple installation, is convenient to use, and is widely used at present.

3. Production equipment and instruments

Non-disposable equipment and instruments are generally sterilized with heat or chemical agents. The thermal disinfection effect is more reliable, but because of its high cost, it is not suitable for large-scale industrial machines. Therefore, chemical treatment is used on general occasions. In the past, it was generally cleaned with water, hot water, and washed. If the washing is not complete, the residual cosmetics will become a breeding ground for microorganisms, causing the next batch of products to be polluted.

Especially the filling machine pipes, storage tanks, and other equipment, when used without cleaning, the risk of contamination is very high. In order to avoid this danger, it should be cleaned before use, or the fungicide should be stored in the device, which will not affect the liquid medicine. Parts that cannot be adequately accessed (pipes, fittings, filling machines, etc.) can be partially disassembled, sterilized, and then assembled without recontamination.

4. Packaging materials and containers

Glass containers and plastic containers are molded at high temperatures. When they are just formed, there is almost no microbial contamination. Packaging materials such as cellulose and metal films have smooth surfaces and no gaps. Microorganisms are hidden, and these packaging materials and packaging containers should be packed in airtight boxes during transportation and storage to prevent contamination due to falling dust.

Washing, drying, and air purging are generally carried out before use. Strict attention should also be paid to the microbial contamination of cleaning water and cleaning. According to the degree of pollution, high-pressure steam sterilization, dry heat sterilization, ozone or ethylene oxide can be used to sterilize. Bacteria, radiation sterilization, etc., brushes, sponges, covers, etc. that are in direct contact with cosmetics can be sterilized by gas sterilization and chemical impregnation. They must be fully cleaned before sterilization, which can improve the sterilization effect.

5. Management of production operators

The staff working in the dust-free workshop must wear clean work clothes, work caps, masks, dust-free gloves, etc., and should change into clean shoes when entering the dust-free space. If you go to the toilet during the operation When going out for business, you should wash your hands and disinfect them after you come back, and the staff should also trim their nails frequently.
